Illumine the right side safely: Low beam lights up the area 30–50 meters ahead on the right (avoids blinding oncoming cars or pedestrians), while high beam boosts long-distance visibility—both beams are shaped to cover the road without dark spots (so you don’t miss curbs or small obstacles).
Keep you visible to others: Even in rain, fog, or dusk, the bright light makes your Z300 stand out to oncoming cars, cyclists, and pedestrians. If DRL is integrated, it stays on during the day to make your car easier to spot in busy traffic.
Resist harsh conditions: The sealed lens and housing keep rain, snow, dust, and road salt out—no water seeps inside to fog the lens or short out the bulbs, so it works reliably even in storms or winter
Fits These: All Zotye Z300 variants (matches bumper shape, electrical system, and beam specs—confirm with VIN to be sure).
Won’t Fit These:
Other Zotye models: Like Z500, T600, or SR7—different bumper sizes, bulb types, or wiring setups (headlamp can’t attach properly or work with the car’s system).
Non-Zotye vehicles: Even if the shape looks similar, their electrical systems and mounting points differ (no functional fit—you’ll end up with a headlamp that doesn’t work or falls out).
Z300 with modified front ends: Aftermarket bumpers or grille kits change the headlamp opening size—original headlamp won’t fit (leaves gaps or blocks light).
Left front side of Z300: Left and right headlamps are mirror images—this part is for the right side only (left side needs a different part number).
Prep: Turn off the Z300’s engine and disconnect the battery (avoids electric shocks). Open the hood and locate the back of the right front headlamp (it’s behind the front bumper, easy to reach).
Remove old headlamp: Unplug the wiring plug from the back of the headlamp (it clicks when released). Remove the 3–4 bolts holding the headlamp’s brackets to the bumper (use a socket wrench or screwdriver—they’re small and easy to access). Gently pull the old headlamp forward to remove it.
Install new headlamp: Slide 4121020RA-A01 into the bumper opening, align the brackets with the bolt holes, and tighten the bolts (don’t over-tighten—you might crack the brackets). Plug the wiring back in until it clicks.
Test: Reconnect the battery, turn on low/high beams and DRL (if equipped)—check that the light is bright, the beam is aligned (no glare for others), and all functions work as they should.
Clean the lens weekly: Wipe the lens with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt, bug guts, or road salt—dirty lenses can dim light by 30% or more (harder to see the right side of the road at night).
Check bulbs every 6 months: Turn on low/high beams—look for dim, flickering, or dead bulbs. Replace bad bulbs fast (a non-working headlamp is illegal and unsafe).
Inspect for internal fogging: If the lens fogs up from the inside, the seal is broken (water is getting in)—replace the headlamp (water ruins bulbs and the reflective housing).
Tighten bolts yearly: Make sure the mounting bolts are tight—loose bolts cause the headlamp to shift (beam points wrong, or it rattles while driving).
