The Iran Auto Parts Exhibition in May 2025
“Arid-Climate Resistant” Wear-and-Tear Components: Building on its success in Iran’s aftermarket, the company launched an upgraded range of air filters, oil filters, and brake pads engineered for Iran’s dusty, high-temperature conditions (summer temperatures often exceed 45°C in southern Iran). The new filters use a dual-layer nano-fiber membrane that traps 99.2% of particulate matter—extending service life by 45% compared to local alternatives—while the brake pads feature a heat-resistant ceramic compound that maintains performance even in extreme heat. “Iran’s climate is one of the harshest for automotive components,” said Mr. Chris Liu, Shandong Victory’s MENA Regional Sales Manager, during a booth demonstration. “Our ‘Arid-Climate’ line isn’t just a product—it’s a solution to a daily challenge for Iranian drivers and fleet managers.”
OEM-Grade Components for Popular Local Models: Recognizing that Peugeot (e.g., 206, 405) and Renault (e.g., Logan, Sandero) account for 60% of Iran’s passenger car market, Shandong Victory displayed a full suite of compatible parts, including precision-machined crankshafts, camshafts, and electronic control units (ECUs). These components, certified to meet Iran’s ISIRI (Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran) standards, are priced 30-35% lower than European imports while matching OEM performance. During the exhibition, Iran Khodro—Iran’s largest automaker—signed a letter of intent to test Shandong Victory’s ECUs for its new Tara compact sedan, with potential mass adoption in 2026.
Eco-Friendly Transmission Solutions: Aligning with Iran’s government goal to reduce fuel consumption by 15% by 2030, Shandong Victory introduced a lightweight, low-friction transmission gear set for compact cars. The gear set, made from high-strength aluminum alloy, reduces vehicle weight by 8kg and improves fuel efficiency by 5%—a critical advantage amid Iran’s volatile fuel prices. The company also showcased a prototype hybrid vehicle clutch system, developed in collaboration with Tehran Polytechnic University, marking its first step into Iran’s emerging electrified vehicle segment.
Expanded Distribution Network: Shandong Victory signed exclusive distribution agreements with two new Tehran-based firms—AutoParts Kish and Pars Motor Components—bringing its total Iranian distributors to five. These partnerships will extend the company’s reach to 30 of Iran’s 31 provinces, with new warehousing facilities in Isfahan and Mashhad set to open in Q3 2025. The warehouses will stock $1.2 million worth of inventory, cutting delivery times for urgent orders from 48 to 24 hours.
Technical Training Initiative: To support its distributor network and end customers, Shandong Victory launched a “Technical Excellence Program” in collaboration with Iran’s Automotive Industry Association (IAIA). The program will train 200 local technicians annually on component installation, maintenance, and quality testing, with the first workshop scheduled for June 2025 in Tehran. “Long-term success in Iran isn’t just about selling parts—it’s about empowering local teams,” said Mr. Zhang Wei, Shandong Victory’s Global Sales Director. “This program ensures our partners have the expertise to deliver the best service to Iranian drivers.”
After-Sales Service Upgrade: The company unveiled a Persian-language mobile app for customers, featuring real-time order tracking, warranty registration, and a 24/7 technical support chat. The app, developed with Tehran-based tech firm Digikala Tech, also includes a “parts compatibility checker” that helps users identify the right components for their vehicle model—addressing a common pain point for Iranian car owners.
A $1.9 million order from CMA CGM Iran for heavy-duty truck filters, to be used in the logistics firm’s 500-vehicle fleet.
A $1.2 million contract with Saipa to supply brake systems for its Saina compact car, with deliveries starting in Q4 2025.
